Sulzer To Buy Haselmeier For Euro 100 Million

The global chieftain of fluid engineering Sulzer said on Monday in a statement that it is willing to acquire Swiss-German company Haselmeier which specialises in drug delivery device maker. The conglomerate is ready to shell out 90.1 million pounds (Euro 100 million) to buy the stake.

The acquisition will help them leverage their applicator systems business. Notably, Haselmeier witnessed a sale of 36 million euros during 2019. The total number of employs it holds is 230.

Girts Cimermans, the Sulzer applicator systems head said that Haselmeier had a well-turned track record of offering innovative drug delivery devices. Further, he said that his company would add to the success story by injecting financial strength and moulding capabilities to accelerate the growth rate.
