Dollar Begins Higher While Trend Indicates Otherwise

 

 

The dollar opened higher on Wednesday in the European market while the trends were supporting otherwise.  Initially, the prices of EUR/USD surged by 0.01%, which is 1.1535 after touching $1.1547 earlier in the day in the Asian market. It was at its peak since January 2019. 

The dollar index saw a hike of 0.1 %, that is 95.097 after falling to 95.007 post March.  Besides,  USD/JPY reached 106.87 (up by 0.1%) and AUD/USD 0.7149 (up by 0.3%). The prices rose highest after April previous year. However, GBP/USD saw a low of 0.1 %.  The experts are expecting it to rise to 1.20.
